Shipping Policy for FableDeals

Thank you for shopping with FableDeals. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order weight.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

FableDeals is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@fabledeals.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
